My doll was damaged during the shipping, what to do?

If your doll has been damaged during the shipment, we will refund your money once you send us the doll back. We will ask you to repackage it , and we will send the shipping company to pick it up from your location. Then we will send you a new doll.

I don't like my doll, can I return it?

As these dolls are not stock items and they are every time individually produced for customer we can not offer refund in this case. You can read more about this in our return policy.
